Yes, all branded products are sourced directly from trusted distributors such as Bdroppy and BrandsGateway to ensure authenticity and quality.
3. How do I know what shoe size to order?
We provide detailed size charts on each product page to help you select the right fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized sizing advice.
4. Are your shoes suitable for people with sensitive skin or allergies?
Many of our shoes use hypoallergenic materials. Product descriptions specify materials used; if you have specific concerns, please reach out before ordering.
5. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@luxeara.shop with your order details and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom with free shipping on all orders.
7. How long does delivery take?
Order handling typically takes 1-2 Business days (Mon - Fri). Delivery usually takes between 4-8 Business days (Mon - Fri). For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@luxeara.shop or call us on +44 7403 604363. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Union Pay, elo and Visa.
10. Can I modify or add items to my order after checkout?
Once your order is placed, modifications or additions are generally not possible. Please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist.
11. Do you provide wholesale or bulk purchase options?

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
12. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 Business days (Mon - Fri) of delivery and offer refunds within 7 Business days (Mon - Fri) of receiving the returned product. Please ensure the products are unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
13. Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours at support@luxeara.shop or call us at +44 7403 604363. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

14. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s system.
You can also log into your Luxeara account on our website to view your order status and tracking details.
15. What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving the goods. Please send us photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
16. How do you handle out-of-stock items?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact us for alternative recommendations.
